During the testing ,we tried to make a plan with some important things to be safety thinking , the bar works up and down or flat deponds on the exercise you do , no matter what exercise you need ,the biggest point for bar is the safety , it is not able to be broken by big strength or the bar hurt you and you damaged by losing the force down . the design 460mm was just decided to be working with the power force it can bear , after time and time tests , we finally got it ,
